Personal data deletion request

Basis: AR Law «On Personal Data» (No. 998-IIIQ), Art. 12.

1. What can be deleted

• Your account (email, phone, name)
• Booking history (only after the statutory 5-year retention period)
• Newsletter subscription and AI assistant chat history

2. How to request

1. E-mail [email protected]
2. Subject line: "Data deletion request"
3. State your account e-mail and the data category to delete
4. Attach a scanned ID document (verification)

3. Timing

Requests are processed within 30 calendar days. Written confirmation is sent to your e-mail.

4. Exceptions

• Completed financial transactions — 5 years (AR Tax Code)
• KYC documents — 5 years (AR AML Law)
• Data under dispute — until dispute resolution

5. Complaint

If you disagree, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Ombudsman of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
