This document defines the terms of use for the Voyage Gallery platform (operated by Mubah Travel LLC — the "Company"). By using the website or mobile app you accept these terms.
2. Services
The platform acts as an intermediary for the online reservation of hotels, flight tickets, transfers, tours, visas, cruises and related travel products.
3. Registration and account
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration.
- Account security (password, OTP) is the user's responsibility.
- Persons under 18 may not make paid reservations.
4. User obligations
- Do not use forged or third-party payment data.
- Do not damage the platform (DDoS, scraping, reverse engineering).
- Respect third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Company's rights
The Company may block accounts and cancel reservations that violate the law or other users' rights.
6. Limitation of liability
As an intermediary, Voyage Gallery is liable for the quality of third-party services (hotels, airlines, transfer operators) within the limits of the law and undertakes every effort to protect customer rights.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are heard in the courts of Baku.
