1. Parties
This public offer is concluded between Mubah Travel LLC (the "Service Provider") and any natural / legal person booking through the platform (the "Customer"). By clicking "Confirm and pay" the Customer accepts the terms.
2. Subject
The Service Provider provides booking and payment-orchestration services for hotels, flight tickets, transfers, tours, visas, cruises and related travel products.
3. Price and payment
- Price is shown on the booking page in AZN, USD or EUR.
- Payment via VISA / Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay.
- All payments are processed through a certified bank gateway (PCI DSS Level 1).
- The final amount is re-validated server-side; any discrepancy above 0.01 AZN is rejected.
4. Service delivery
Upon successful payment the voucher / e-ticket / confirmation is delivered to the Customer's e-mail within 5 minutes and is available in "My account → Bookings".
5. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation rules depend on the tariff / supplier. Details — Refund Policy.
6. Liability
As an intermediary, the Service Provider is liable within the limits of the law. Force majeure (natural disasters, war, airport closures) releases the parties from liability.
7. Dispute resolution
Disputes are settled by negotiation; failing that, in the courts of Baku under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
