1. Service fee

2. VAT
Voyage sells as a travel agent. 18% VAT applies to the Voyage service fee only; no VAT is added to the supplier's (hotel's, airline's) price. The fee and its VAT are shown as separate lines at the "Review" step before payment and are included in the total.
3. Paid at the property
Some hotels collect a city tax or resort fee on site. These are shown on the room card as "Payable at the property" and are not part of the online payment.
4. Payment methods
- VISA and Mastercard — on Kapital Bank's secure payment page, with no extra charge
5. Currency
Prices can be shown in AZN, USD or EUR. If your card is in another currency, the card-issuing bank converts at its own rate. Voyage adds no FX margin.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Voyage charges no separate cancellation admin fee. Cancellation terms are set by the supplier and are shown for every rate before payment. Approved refunds reach the paying card within 5–10 business days.
