1. Digital delivery

Voyage Gallery sells only digital travel products. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Channels and timing

• E-mail (PDF voucher / e-ticket): within 5 minutes after successful payment.
• My account → Bookings: available immediately.
• WhatsApp: additional copy on customer request.

3. If the document did not arrive

1. Check your Spam / Junk folder.
2. Re-download the PDF from "My account → Bookings".

4. Authenticity

PDF vouchers are digitally signed and verifiable by hotels / airlines via the printed QR code.
