How fast will I get a reply?

During office hours (Mon–Sat 09:00–19:00 Baku time) we reply within 15 minutes on average. WhatsApp is monitored 24/7 and we answer urgent travel-day issues within an hour, every day of the year.

Can I modify or cancel a booking?

Yes — sign in to your account and open the booking, or write to [email protected]. Each rate has its own cancellation policy shown clearly at checkout and on your voucher.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and local Azerbaijani cards are processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways. For corporate clients we also support bank transfer with an official invoice.

Do you offer corporate or group rates?

Absolutely. Write to [email protected] with your company details and travel dates — we'll send a custom quote, usually within one business day.

How do you protect my personal data?

Passport, FIN and birth-date fields are encrypted at rest and access is fully audited. We never sell your data — read the full policy on our Privacy page.
